"AGENT 12" PRODUCTION STILLS -- PAGE 2

The F-12 turned heads wherever it went. |
Toys were used for all the miniatures and props. They had to be carefully prepared before being blown up. |

Blowing up the robot was the very last shot filmed. It had five individual explosive charges.

The entire film was shot with the family palmcorder -- a Sony DCR-PC100. This camera was strapped to the bumper of a car speeding through the desert, dangled off cliffs, taken up in an ultralight, and it got up close and personal with innumerable explosions. It's a bit battered but it still works great.
The extra wide-angle lens helped make the toys look bigger. |
