Another Detonation Films Camera Stabilizer

This design was adapted from the excellent design by Johnny Chung Lee, which can be found HERE. 

We chose to use 1" PVC rather than iron pipe, because it is simple to work with and besides, we already had a bunch of it around.

The weight at the bottom is made with 2" PVC fittings, filled with #7 lead shot and epoxy.  Pennies, concrete, or scrap metal would work as alternates.  This is an amazingly simple and effective little stabilizer for small camcorders.
